Greetings Expedition Station Owners:

Your Board of Directors would like to make all owners aware of two new policies that were recently approved and implemented at the July 27th Board meeting.

2nd Notice of the Annual Meeting of the Expedition Station Association PROXY & Proposed FY2022-2023 Budget

Greetings Expedition Station Owners,

CLICK HERE for the second notice and proxy for the upcoming Annual Meeting that is being held on Thursday, May 26th at 5:00pm in the Seneca Conference Room. If you are planning to attend the meeting in person, please RSVP at your earliest opportunity so that we may plan accordingly. We encourage all owners to send in your proxy in advance of the meeting so that we can ensure that we will have a quorum of at least 20% of the ownership as required by the governing documents. You can return your proxy electronically by scanning it to info@mountainlife.net or via USPS to The Expedition Station Association, PO Box 1068, Elkins, WV 26241.

Owners will also be able to view the meeting virtually. Credentials have been sent to owners via email. Please note that we will not be accepting votes via virtual meeting, so be sure to send in your proxy in advance of the meeting if you will not be physically present at the meeting. Proxies should be received by Wednesday, May 25th if you will not be attending the meeting in person.
