SNOWSHOE RESORT CLOSURE - 3/21/20 ANNUAL MEETING UPDATE

Greetings Homeowners – 
 
As you may be aware, last evening an announcement was made that all Alterra Mountain Co. resorts including Snowshoe Mountain would suspend operations starting today, Sunday, March 15, until further notice due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. Based on this announcement, the Board has decided to hold the annual meeting of the ownership telephonically. Your management team is working on the electronic logistics of the meeting and will be sending out call-in information and instructions on how to access the PowerPoint presentation within the next few days. We will also send copies of the presentation to all owners following the conclusion of the meeting. 
 
Because there will not be an in-person meeting, it is imperative that we receive your proxy as soon as possible so that we can ensure that we will have a quorum for the meeting. I have attached a copy of the proxy packet to this email; we are asking that you return your proxy electronically to info@mountainlife.net.
