2nd Notice of the Annual Meeting of the Expedition Station Association PROXY & Proposed FY2022-2023 Budget

Greetings Expedition Station Owners,
CLICK HERE for the second notice and proxy for the upcoming Annual Meeting that is being held on Thursday, May 26th at 5:00pm in the Seneca Conference Room. If you are planning to attend the meeting in person, please RSVP at your earliest opportunity so that we may plan accordingly. We encourage all owners to send in your proxy in advance of the meeting so that we can ensure that we will have a quorum of at least 20% of the ownership as required by the governing documents. You can return your proxy electronically by scanning it to or via USPS to The Expedition Station Association, PO Box 1068, Elkins, WV 26241.
Owners will also be able to view the meeting virtually. Credentials have been sent to owners via email. Please note that we will not be accepting votes via virtual meeting, so be sure to send in your proxy in advance of the meeting if you will not be physically present at the meeting. Proxies should be received by Wednesday, May 25th if you will not be attending the meeting in person.
Façade & Window Replacement Project Update: The exterior project is progressing nicely despite a slow start due to harsh weather conditions. The siding and windows have been demolished at the six stacks of units at the southeastern corner on the slope-side of the building. New windows and flashing have been installed at these locations. Rotted OSB sheathing is being removed and replaced as the contractor progresses across the building and plastic sheeting is being used to protect any exposed sheathing. Please note this diagram is based on “best case scenario” and timing of units being out of service is subject to change based on unforeseen work interruptions/delays that may arise. The HOA management team will continue to coordinate directly with rental managers and/or unit owners regarding exact dates units that will be out of service.
